Refund Policy

All orders are custom-made and prepared fresh for your event.

Cancellations:

• 7+ days before your event: Full refund
• 3–6 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Issues with your order: If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a partial refund or credit toward a future order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
