I started Laurcuterie in 2020 — in the middle of everything — because I needed a creative outlet that brought people together. What started as boards for friends and family turned into 50+ events, a refined menu, and a business I’m proud to run from right here in Central PA. I went back to school, worked in healthcare, and the whole time I kept coming back to this — because nothing beats watching a room light up when they see the table.
